Log 1: IMPROVISED MISSIONS

In accordance with Pilots Federation Fleet Command Special Missions and Directives, the following ship(s) is designated for the sole purpose of black and green operations for Pilots Federation Missions:[TONBERRY]
Use of said ship(s) will be approved through chain of control and command via Commander Xanderius and Pilots Federation Councilman Johnson on the circumstances that one or more of the following requirements have been met:
1. Acquisition of valuable targets, whether it be intel of certain celestial objects of high tactical value, or specific cargo or persons under the interests of the Pilots Federation.
2. Movement of certain factions and groups under the interest of the Pilots Federation
3. Key assassination of targets whose existence are a key threat to the Pilots Federation.
4. Undermining of Superpower(s) and factions whos certain intentions conflict with the Pilots Federation.
Directions upon approval:
Once approved, [Commander Xanderius] will strip his allegiance with any power he has assigned himself, and will be briefed via the faction requesting assistance and the Pilots Federation. Upon approval, said commander will have a time frame no less than (96) hours and no more than (3) weeks to complete required mission. Upon completion or failure of the mission, a debriefing period of (96) hours will be administered and following actions will be taken in accordance with Pilots Federation guidelines. During debriefing, said ship(s) will be maintained and primed for future mission cycles.
