Things are going bad. I am way behind schedule. I am only 18k LY away from Sol right now.Stupid me just had to look through the old game file archives.
There I found a game called "Silent Hunter 3" where you are the captain of a War Submarine in the big war around 1940 ,on the side of the germas, no that wasn't it. germs... uhmmm GERMANS that was it. You are a German Submarine captain. Never really paid attention in history calls when the 19th-21th century was subject.
Although the graphics look like they were made by a small child, i assume they were top notch back then, the gameplay is on point.
It is so much fun i played it for 5 days without making any progress. 5 days in which i could have flown to Beagle Point.
Now here is the problem, normally I would not worry about a little delay.
But Distant Worlds has a Type 9 Heavy as well. The Wasp, i think it is called, is a Major Threat to my long planned goal of becoming the first Pilot to fly a T9 to the Abyss.
The worst part is that Distant Worlds will arrive at Beagle Point in a couple of days, so I have to hurry to achieve that.
Makes me really wish I wouldn't have run in the complications at my first and second Beagle Point attempt. But there is no reason to dwell on the past.
So I have to look towards the future, which will be Beagle Point and hopefully before the Wasp gets there.
But I digress.
