Operational Summary: CD-64 139 hosted an anti-Imperial, Federal government. (Controlled by Phantom Sentinels of Guidance). Government actively repressed Imperial corporations and citizens; as part of CD-64 139's status as the sole Federal system within the heartlands of the Empire, it was the strategic point from which Federal Commanders would be sent to conduct anti-Imperial operations elsewhere within the Empire. Federal cell had already spread into the Xibalba system to begin with.
By posing as a member of the local Imperial nobility, Keeper successfully neutralized the Federal leader, Herb Cote, as representative of the government and enacted the installation of an Imperial government by aiding the local nobles inside the CD-64 139 system (see details for method and suggested follow-up). Cost of infiltration was within acceptable range. Reichelt Station within the Raman system was used as base of operations. Resistance has been fierce but, thanks to the assistance of Admiral Poyser and other local Imperials such as Captain Matsukasa and Blueseed, the Empire has prevailed.
Sole Federal system within the Imperial heartlands seized and transferred to the Empire. The Federal cell's presence in Xibalba has been eradicated by Imperial Intelligence agents. Local Imperial authorities (Silver Hunter Order, Nova Navy & Heaven's Judgement) have entered discussions on how issues like this can be prevented in the future and have agreed to set up a collective watch on the CD-64 139 system to prevent a Federal re-conquest.
The Federation has lost CD-64 139 and with that, their only stronghold within the Empire's core. Furthermore, they have lost their presence in the Xibalba system, meaning that they have no alternative venue to expand from; effectively locking them inside the CD-64 139 system.
