Exploration Log
Expedition #2: Groombridge 34 Requisition

Preface

This will be my second expedition. It'll be of a small scale, going into the morning and resuming in the afternoon, returning before midnight (5 pm Local time). It is imperative that I return before this time to be paid. I will be retracing my steps to the end of my previous expedition, in the Wregoe sector. I'll be working on recordkeeping throughout the expedition, so times may not be very fast.

Begin Log

Start System: Kamadhenu -- 01:14
TD 1: WREGOE DZ-D C26-4 -- 01:39. I had fired my discovery scanners here, and saw a possible earth-like. Upon returning now, turns out another CMDR has been here. Oops. Scanned it anyway.
TD 2: WREGOE EI-I B52-2 -- 01:42. I have officially returned to my own "realm"! First system still unexplored tonight, with my name proudly on the star. The real expedition begins.
TD 3: WREGOE XL-C D13-3 -- 07:55. Very long trip, took the economic route. Feels good to see my name on a star!
  • Partial scan. WREGOE YN-E C25-5. Star previously scanned. Conducted detailed scan of celestial bodies. Jovians, high metals.
  • Discovery. WREGOE YN-E C26-9, 05:22. Quaternary system, prime star K class. Numerous jovians, life found (unintelligent).
  • Partial scan. WREGOE ET-F B54-0. Star previously scanned. Conducted scan of one of two unexplored stars.
  • Partial scan. WREGOE ZG-C D13-5. Star previously scanned. Conducted detailed scan of celestial bodies. Jovians.
  • Partial scan. WREGOE CY-F B54-1. Star previously scanned. Conducted scan of remaining stars. Trinary.
  • Partial scan. WREGOE ZG-C D13-A. Star previously scanned. Conducted scan of remaining star. Binary.
  • Discovery. WREGOE ZD-D C27-3, 06:56. Trinary. Prime K. No non-stellar bodies.
  • Discovery. WREGOE ZH-G B54-1. 07:06. Prime M. Numerous jovians with belts, rocky bodies.
  • Partial scan. WREGOE BT-E B55-1. Star previously scanned. Conducted detailed scan of celestial bodies. Quarternary system, rogue jovian (fun fact: 138 year orbital period)
  • Partial scan. WREGOE XL-C D13-4. Star previously scanned by me. Contributed to previous scan with detailed scan of second star.
  • Discovery. WREGOE XI-D C27-5, 07:55. Binary, prime K. Numerous high metals.
TD 4: WREGOE XL-C D13-4 -- 08:15. Right next door. Significantly more colorful than the previous target destination.
  • Discovery. WREGOE XL-C D13-4. 08:15. G class star. High metals, metal riches, jovians, life found, unintelligent
TD 5: Groombridge 34 -- 23:33. Return trip. I was unable to turn in the data initially as my hostile relationship with the Federation made me a "Kill on Sight" target! I went nearby to the Levi-Strauss Establishment in Barnard's Star and donated to the Federation, with mere minutes to spare.
