Dears DaVinci commanders,I officially notify you of the launch of the fleet carrier "SIFFR3DI", the vessel is equipped with all sevices (except the cartographic) and is at the service of all, in particular to ATM that want to use it as an operating base for their economic growth.
It will mainly use on the bubble, in case of request from users it can move for alien operations (Guardian and Thargoid).
