Mapped Mining

Following watching a video from CMDR JDSpice - I tried a mapped mining run with CMDR Pausanias in Borann last week. Was very slow going, although the mapped asteroids (all of which were over 30% of low temps per rock) could be found.
CMDR JDSpice can do 512 tons in 1 hour 15 minutes.
Am nowhere near that at the moment, and am still contemplating whether to give this another try. I estimate this will take 6 or 7 runs to get significantly quicker at, but at this moment in time, I prefer wing mining.
