Winter's end

For months the only thing I've been doing is fighting Thargoids in the bubble. I have been to countless war-ridden systems and the invasion has not shown signs of slowing down. They aren't at Sol yet but eventually they will be if we don't find a solution to stop their endless swarms. Superpowers are hiding in the shadows as we independent commanders do the dirty work. Politicians. To Hell with them all.It is said that in Sol there are areas that have four seasons. On the northern hemisphere winter starts around the end of the year and lasts for 3 or 4 months. Sometimes the winter goes on longer than usual and people get almost desperate to see the end of it. It's the same with the Thargoids. Only thing I want to see is the end of the invasion. Last week there was a climpse of hope as Anti-Xeno forces were able to repel incursion in more than 10 systems. For a moment it almost feels as the winter is at an end.
