Log Entry, 10 Aug 3305God does it feel good to be back in the cockpit of Abaddon. Thule is nice but it just doesn't match this. There have still not been any major Thargoid attacks lately but Eagle Eye has picked up some new scout activity at Pleiades and Witch Head. I'm going to head out to Pleaides to check the situation first hand.
In Thule we did some commodity hauling for the damaged stations at Witch Head. We did few runs from the bubble to help the first station, Ezra Point, to complete its repairs. There was a lot of commanders that answered the call and as of now Ezra Point's hull has been fully restored.
One day when we were unloading the goods at Ezra I bumped into an old AX pilot Joachim who I knew from before. One time I got destroyed in AXCZ in this guy salvaged my rescue pod. When we got back to a station I bought us few rounds and told him that I owed him one. Now at Ezra he told me that his little sister had gotten lost. She had moved to Ezra to join the Witch Head colony but after the attacks Joachim had lost contact with her. So I decided to help him search his sister.
Joachim had already contacted the Ezra rescue ship but she hadn't been seen there. So the next natural thing was to keep searching at Ezra. When we started searching the station it was still a mess and repairs had only been started. We went through the apartments and there were really badly damaged areas in some places. We did come across few bodies that were hit by the debris but none of them were his sister's fortunately.
After third day of searches we returned to the docks and we were starting to lose hope. Then my fighter pilot Daryl said that we should try to contact other stations in the area to check if there had been any salvaged pods being delivered to them with matching occupants. The Witch Head Science Center had not being attacked and there might have being some pods delivered there in the last few days. So I sent a message to a contact of mine at the Xeno Research Group in HIP 23759. Surely after 15 minutes we got a confirmation that a woman matching the description had been brought there. She was still being kept in recovery pod but she hadn't suffered any lethal injuries. So Joachim set off immediately on his Python to go see her. At the launch pad he faintly smiled at me and said that we are even.
