Drowning in the Fountain of Youth

What an episode that was. Okay, so first: I'm not crazy. I considered deleting some of those logbook entries because, what the hell? The drugs they had me on really did a number on me. But still, there was something else going on there, I feel like it wasn't just the drugs. It's hard to piece it all together and my memory of the hospital stay is spotty at best. That's a big chunk of time to be missing, and well, those crazy-ass logbook entries are all I have from that. So, in lieu of actual reliable memory, they'll have to do. Besides, there may be something of value in there, if for no other reason than the inevitable psychological therapy I'm going to need when I finally decide to retire. Also, here's a lesson for you rich CMDR's out there who think they don't need a health plan because they're richer than god: It turns out the doctors took that "you can use progenitor cells" statement I babbled while I was sick seriously and pumped me full of the stuff. Now I have the body of an adolescent and all the problems that entails. See, without a health plan to keep things in check, the docs will take you at your word, and while I don't care so much about the expense, this new body of mine is a bit... out of proportion. Now, as far as health plans go, well that's still not exactly an easy thing for me since I need to keep a low profile in my line of work and insurance companies don't tend to be real cooperative if they don't know who you are. So this is something I'm going to have to figure out next.
Once my head clears I'm going to Apex back to my ship. Fortunately the station they dropped me off at isn't too bad and the hotel room isn't a pigsty. I feel like it might be difficult to get people to take me seriously now, but the jaded part of me knows I'm hardly the first rich adult in history to turn themselves into a kid via progenitor cells, so they'll probably just ignore it. And once I'm back in my suit nobody will be able to tell, unless they're real perceptive.
