Moonlighting with a Gunship

With the wetwork part of the Haiden campaign taken care of, I decided to take some time off to visit an old ex-fed friend of mine who had sent me a message recently about an "interesting development". Turns out, he had a ship to sell. She's a surplus Federal Gunship, recently released from service. As he's out of the "killing-people-for-god-and-country" game, he thought I could make good use of the old tank. The price he quoted was steep but reasonable. The ship has seen action and had been outfitted for spec ops duty. The combat package is impressive, far beyond what you'd get on the civilian and patrol versions, but outdated and in need of work. I did what I could but I'll need time and resources to really make her shine. So now I've got another project to work on. The ship's in combat ready shape now, if a little roughshod, so I might take her on a bounty hunting excursion to temper her blade in the fires of battle. If nothing else, it'll give me a feel for how to fine tune her further.
