With a couple of days off I started to tidy up my favorite but aged Sidewinder "Sidy" in the docks. I haven't been here for a while to take care of my decommissioned beauty. 
Everything was covered in dust, but after two days everything was shiny again, even the outer new paint job looks awesome.
But what really touched my heart was something I found in my old quarter. Rifling through some belongings I've got a grip on my old pilot ID I always thought I've lost.
Gosh, that one was issued three decades ago. I was so young and more than ready to conquer the whole galaxy. That time I've bought my secondhand Sidy and started to make my first runs trading stuff. I was totally wet behind the ears, underestimating the dangers between the stars. I've got my beatings early on and learned so much. Finally, after 30 years, I've managed to get elite in major disciplines and still, there is so many to discover.
Whatever the next decades will bring - I'll keep my Sidy everything started with...
