The Veils

23 Jan 2023Pisodeuorrior
One way to manage outrageously long voyages so that you don't get too crazy is to set up milestones. The more the better.

Crossing into the Veils was one of them, that meant the North Meridian was crossed, and I was in the part of the spiral that's actually heading home.
It's all Southbound until the Bubble now.

The Veils weren't particularly eventful, but I did make some nice discoveries, mostly biological, and a few Earth-like worlds.

As usual, I made the mandatory detours to dock at the nearby DSSA carriers.

In the Veils I stopped at the DSSA Deep Space 12 and the DSSA Gene Roddenberry

I'm now about to cross into the Trojan Belt. Still more than 20 thousand light years to the next milestones, and the last refuel, but we're getting there.
Do you like it?
