My current mission has me keeping an eye on Alliance faction 160 SOAR for Li Yong-Rui , and try to convince them to set up shop inside a exploited or controlled area of Li Yong-Rui powerplay space. Also a primary part of this mission is to keep them expanding into Li Yong-Rui space. To create new business deals for Elite Dangerous commanders who want to buy Alliance ships discounted. However I am not to expand Li Yong-Rui but only to fortify only. As Li Yong-Rui powerplay will lose command credits going out to Furuhjeim III-674 a minus of 64 command credits.
