Another one bites the dust

Ah, how much I love old songs.It has been a fruitful few days lately, the Son of none is finally in good shape (well, as good as the powerplant allows it to) and taking bounties is not very difficult.
I have been investigating which next steps to take and I am honestly unsure.
I have no feelings for mining so I skipped that but I am still undecided between trade and bounty hunting as main source of income.
This would change the next ship I want to get (Type 9 for trading, python for bh) and also the power I'd like to pledge alliance to.
I think I will go with bh for the time being and and pledge to Arissa. There's way too little honor in space.
All in all these days have been busy but not particularly exciting. I did a lot of fighting but at this point I feel safe-ish enough.
There is still the odd hiccup when I mess things up, but in general everything ends with a good beer at the station and some scratches on the hull.
I had a very, VERY close call yesterday (I was left with less than 1/10th of hull, but I kind of asked for it considering I engaged a wing of 5.
More updates in the next few days, and hopefully a new python.
As a side note, I really need to sell my old ships...
