HIP 4099 1 is roughly 2/3rds silicate material, and 1/3 metallic material.  It is a roughly Earth-sized planet, being only slightly larger and having almost 75% more gravity; however,  despite its similar size and composition, it has no atmosphere or surface water of any kind.  The surface is mostly a mixture of flat hills punctuated by the occasional mountaineous region; curiously, the surface bears signs of erosion despite no apparent cause.  It is my belief that the erosion may be in part due to both planetary tectonics as well as solar wind, but with no telling whether HIP 4099 1 has an iron core within its mantle to generate a magnetic field, this is merely speculation.
