Entry 21: California Burritos

Current System: Gamma HydriiIt's been a placid and pleasant 2 weeksfor me, so far.
Most of my time has been researching the bark mounds around the nebula; I'm admittedly surprised that a singular species can be found on so many worlds without any outside intervention! The official Canonn research group lists them as fungi, but I swear they seem more like hyper-evolved plants to me; seriously, there's no decayed matter out here, what's a fungus gonna feed on?
And why would more fungus grow out of it? There's samples of Cordyceps that I keep seeing in some of the mounds!
Anyways... 2 weeks of scanning and harvesting resources, and I've finally returned home from the California Nebula. I wish I coulda written more, but...frankly not a whole lot happened. Inbetween the zen scanning of planets and harvesting and recording bark mounds...
Honestly, the most exciting thing that happened was I tried making a pizza burrito for the first time a week ago. Seriously, like, just take a flatbread, spread pizza/tomato sauce on it, add condiments, then cover it with cheese. Bake for 10 min at 400 degrees, and then roll it up. Boom. It's the most delicious thing I've ever had, and I don't normally eat burritos.
Until now. I've been eating them every day for the past week. I'm pretty sure I've packed on at least 5-10 lbs from it, but I could care less with food this tasty.
Anyways, I returned safely to the Ordo's home base, Kobayashi station, and I'm relaxing now after uploading all my exploration data from the California Nebula. We have some new members who I'll probably be meeting in person soon, but I'm not worried. I'm currently broiling up some burger chunks to try on my pizza burritos...
...I CANNOT BE STOPPED!!! HAHAHAHA~!!
