15:46:34 UTC : Heading to a guardian site with Erroch. Hoping to make a good FSD Booster for the DW2 Expedition

17:09:35 UTC : About to explore some ancient Ruins with Erroch.
--Supercruising:
17:45:15 UTC : Ancient Ruins were interesting but fairly empty. No good pictures due to darkness. Heading to another site.
--Parked on Synuefe DU-Q c21-25 B 1 at coordinates {-38.091995 / -70.805504 }
18:55:59 UTC : Landed on planet B1 to investigate biological signals.
--Parked on Synuefe DU-Q c21-25 B 1 surface
19:34:57 UTC : Biological life found are classed as Ostrinus Brain Trees. This variety absorbs minerals and their growths are rich with them. We were able to harvest quite a bit.
19:35:11 UTC : Supplemental entry:- One more jump until our destination.
--On the surface of Synuefe GT-H b43-1 C 4
20:32:33 UTC : Trying to get to this site was tantamount to torture. It's on a mountain top. Jagged terrain as far as the eye can see. I had to park my ASP over 2km away, Erroch had to go over 6km.
02:22:40 UTC : This Guardian Structure is very dangerous. Automated defense systems are in place and have missiles that can flip a SRV easy. Even more deadly is the terrain. Both Erroch and I have gotten stuck multiple times here.
03:13:41 UTC : After gathering what we needed we're finally ready to head back into space. Honestly ready to turn my back to this place and hope I never have to come back.
CMDR's Log: Sunday 6 Jan 3305
--Docked at Farseer Inc, Deciat
Erroch and I made it back from our venture and all is well. There are still materials I need for this FSD booster I'm trying to make I did have enough for my last rank 4 upgrade to my FSD itself with Farseer. After that, 3 rank 5's with a Mass Manager experimental twist. It's really given my FSD some MAJOR jump range now. When she over heard me complaining about how hard it can be to surface scan the Gas Giants she showed me she could upgrade their scan diameter a bit. That should REALLY help on the DW2 Expedition.
After this I'm going to see about upgrading some of my other modules and see how the Star Jumper III turns out. I love my little ship but just wish it had a bit more elbow room for things. I don't know. Erroch loves his Anaconda but it looks like trying to walk around with a plank sticking out in front of me. I don't think I'd have the time to properly outfit one in the upcoming week.
They announced the Launch schedule for the Expedition. Erroch and I are both nervous and excited about this. So much to try and do in the next week, so much to prepare.
