Captain Slog 0708330211.00Thrusters fixed finally, Lt Ripper and crew have returned to the Commercial Towing vehicle Nostril.
She's advised me that Cmdr Detroit and two members of the crew have gone out to the crashed ship.
Asked her if she'd like us to monitor or render assistance if required, she confirmed it wouldn't be needed.
We've bid them good luck with their salvage job and are now moving to lift off from this planetoid, Achenar is a foreboding place, glad to be leaving if I'm honest.
So, Thrusters to Max....
11:15: Ah the feeling of space, being in space for so long brings with it a very strange feeling when you touch down on terra firma again, spose it's the same feeling for sailors on the sea oceans of various worlds, having your sea legs helps, we'll call them space legs for now, anyway I'm glad to be off that rock.
Currently in orbit around Achenar, wondering in which direction to head...
I hear Eol Prou RS-T d3-94 and the Jaques Station are interesting places to go but...
Do I get there before it moves again? as it will undoubtedly do.
or do I think the setting up of a station in that specific area of space a bit odd!, question!! questions!!
What drew them there?
Was it choice?
Was it accident? or
Was it some other reason?, - they're damaged and getting repaired from a community of CMDR's, but what caused it?
There is more to that region than meets the eye, a little investigation I think, so, it's time to make space tracks and get the Fearless over there to check out the surrounding systems, I'm convinced I may find some Thargoid activity, wouldn't that be something????
