Captain Slog, Episode 3 Strange behaviour!

Captain slog 0204330211.00After an extensive search we managed to find Mr Spooks locator which had been switched to a lower bandwidth not picked up by the ships systems, why he's done this we can only guess, it was bizarrely attached to the ships cat Jenks, he was prowling around the lower decks keeping the space vermin under control.
We'll continue the search for Mr Spook, we know he's on-board, and his recent 'bat' episodes are of concern, Dr MacCloin's worried about his state of mind, the sooner we can get him down to Medbay the better, we can only hope we find him soon, in case he does something daft.
An update on the things on the starboard side as previously mentioned by Lieutenant Yahoo, they were just an apparition, nothing there, we'll continue to monitor just in case there's something out there with a cloaking device, The Empire and Federation don't have this kind of tech, The Alliance I wouldn't think have developed this tech without us or the Federation knowing about it, Thargoids!, well at the moment until we make contact, they're just a myth!! The barnacles don't necessarily point to them, they could be something totally separate and of no consequence, we wait and see.
Chief engineer Scotch is over is hangover, thankfully, I still have concerns that he's developing a drinking problem, what could be worse for a ship?.. a continually inebriated chief engineer working on an nuclear reactor and anti matter propulsion system, or a 1st Officer who is missing and thinks he's a bat!, hmm, both equally dangerous to my mind, at least one of them is under control.
For now, we're enroute out of the bubble, heading in the direction of the Sagittarius 'A'
An exploratory mission to find strange new worlds and perhaps new civilizations.
The ships crew weirdness will have to be dealt with as we go, if need be I'll stop in at the last Coriolis Station before leaving the bubble.
Have a full med check and ship analysis done in case we're carrying something that's causing the bizarre behavior.
In the meantime
CMDR Ade Mason... OUT!
