Log #0 - The Journey so far

It was the 9th of November 3302 when I got my first ship. From a Sidewinder to a Cobra Mk. III to an ASP Explorer was a very long way but I somehow made it. I had no actual goals, just wanted to make more credits to get better gear and finally more ships to be better suited for every activity the galaxy has to offer. I became rich in Quince through boring passenger missions and filthy rich by having fun blowing up rocks for Void Opals.Since credits were no longer an issue and my standing with most of the engineers good enough I became a tourist. But not the lazy kind of tourist - I wanted to fly in my own ship. I did a few short trips and then heard about "Distant Worlds 2" - an expedition and construction project. I volunteered at the minig corp.
I was one of the first to reach the Omega Mining Operation. But all these lazy ass humans were so slow. Too slow! Nobody knew what we actually had to do! I waited for days to finally get a mission instruction. DAYS! LAZY HUMANS! I've never felt so much anger but somehow calmed down.
I woke up a couple of months later. The expedition reached Beagle Point. Fuck 'em! Never again! I flew back to Shinrarta, bought a Krait Phantom "Fantomas" and did a trip to Ishum's Reach and back. That trip was last week. Yeah, I fucking did it! 130.000 Lightyears in one week. I survived. I survived so you can live on! Use your life to find it. But first you have to pay the Gnosis a visit. I started as a tourist and became an adventurer. I joined Canonn to you become a scientist.
This logbook is for you, my future self. You may not know me anymore but I like you and you used to like me like I liked someone before. We like each other, we must help each other. Help our other selves, help your future selves and write logbooks from now on. We need to know everything!
