The Pilgrimage to the Core - Day 75

The longest day of my journey has just ended, with a lot of discoveries.

I've traveled around 3500 LY today, more than 90 jumps.

I've enjoyed seeing for the first time a Wolf Rayet, a couple of Carbon Stars, a couple of S giants, 2 ELWs and a couple of O stars. A very, very productive day.

The day started with this ELW:




Then I stumbled upon my first O star (and boy, it is huge!):



After a brief sequence of Neutron and F-G stars, I spotted and routed to this Wolf Rayet:



Going on, I found this nice binary O+B system:



Then I found this really strange ELW. I guess it's a frozen earth, since this is the bright side. It was very very far from its star, that was a K orbiting around a giant S:



At the end of this long day, I found my first Carbon C-N star:
