Expedition 3310 - Bubble to Sagittarius A*

o7 CMDRs. Well, we finally made it to the centre of the galaxy for the first time, after departing the Bubble on 22nd October 3310.It's been a long journey over the last two weeks, and I've learned a lot about exploring deep space. My Krait Phantom, the Starseeker, has been a fantastic companion on this adventure. We've discovered dozens of new systems and earned hundreds of millions of credits thanks to Vista Genomics.
On this expedition, we've also installed a new ship AI to assist with our exploration efforts, named EDCoPilot, of which I fear the harsh environment of deep space has corrupted its memory banks. To be frank, she's completely unhinged. I think we'll keep her on board though, as she does offer good insight into planetary environments and exobiology.
Along our way we've docked to several Fleet Carrier vessels, however, our first docking was Hillary Depot in Blu Thua AI-A c14-10, a large surface port. Next was Observation Post Epsilon, where I met up with fellow expedition CMDR Porky Pilot. Observation Post Epsilon is a stunning asteroid base situated above planetary rings, definitely worth a visit on your Bubble to Sagittarius A* trip. Following Fleet Carrier dockings included the Mariupol, Beaufort-Wes, HMS Rose, and finally the Bahamut, currently orbiting the supermassive black hole at the centre. Big thanks to those cmdrs for positioning their carriers, and offering their services to us explorers.
The next destination for the Starseeker is a visit to Colonia. Our current course charts 48 neutron star jumps, along which we will conduct exobiology and hopefully rake in some good earnings. After arriving in Colonia, we'll likely hitch a ride on a chartered Fleet Carrier back to the Bubble. For now, we rest in orbit above Sagittarius A* in the close vicinity of the carrier Bahamut.
