this is reporter kelly klaufenburg coming to you live from *** system information redacted*** we have caught back up with cmdr heartless and hope that she might be a little more friendly today...Reporter: Cmdr Heartless its so good to see you again. its been a little while since we saw you last time... what have you been up to?
Pilot: Well Kelly we have been busy. with the latest announcement from the major ship manufacturers we here at heartless enterprises a division of EIC. Have moved our focus into mining in the last few weeks. there is a lot of new advancements in the way of ship technology and with the advancement of Exploratory Vessels we understand that Fleet carriers will be available for purchase soon.
Reporter: With the cost being so high how can you ever hope to afford one.
Pilot: Well kelly we live within meager means to achieve our goals. we employ over 700 people here at heartless enterprises, so expenses are high. however most of our staff have agreed to forgo their salaries for the next several months in an effort to secure a position aboard the ship. Which will serve as their new homes. in addition they will all receive massive pay bonuses once they relocate to the carrier. We have already begun contracting with local universities in close systems and ships and begun hiring staff to run the new schools onboard the ship. and all kinds of new staff who will soon relocate to the carrier. we estimate that by years end there will be over 2000 people living and working aboard the carrier.
Reporter: So what are you doing today?
Pilot: Well kelly as you can see you have caught me and my copilot here at the advanced maintenence warehouses onboard the station, we are loading limpets... LOTS OF THEM. the new hot commodity is Low Temperature Diamonds. We hope to fund the carrier through mining. since the payouts are good. i wonder sometimes though between this and running the passenger service which is better. but i find something very relaxing about mining.
Reporter: So where are you mining today?
Pilot: Well Kelly when you release this report you will see that the location is redacted. this is the same reason why i am NOT going to release the location of our mining site at this time. this will attract all kinds of other issues including other miners and worse... pirates. Kelly i would love to stay and chat more but we have finished loading and my copilot is signaling that we are ready to disembark.
