Profit share include: Profit share over any made Profits. Profit include income from Commodity Trades, Exploration, Missions, and Vouchers.

[PERSONAL NOTE]
At first i was a little sceptical but her PFA License checked out, and her rank was indeed "novice" , so i decided that i take her to Sirius.
In Sirius there is a need to take a stance to aggressors mixed up in political frictions..
As a reward, next to good old credits, special paintjobs and a Federal Assault Ship are being made available to contributors.

Day 1
My goal was to reach the top 75% , and as a reward that would give me a white Viper Mk-III "Acceleration" paint job.
With one trip i got in the top 50% so i set my goal to the top 25%
The reward structure was:
Top 10 CMDRs recieve a Federal Assault Ship and the white and golden paintjob "Acceleration" for the Viper MK-III
Top 25% Contributors recieve: Golden and White "Acceleration" paintjob for the Viper MK-III
Top 75% Contributors recieve: White "Acceleration" paintjob for the Viper MK-III
So far i brought in 57 million, and i reached the top 25% , i will continue Esha her training here, whilst securing our position in the top 25% further. In my next entry, i will post the final results.
Esha Salas has so far proven to be brave and skilled pilot, and handles the Condor F63 with confindence.. She managed to get ranked up to: Expert. Her weapon module of choice: Fixed Pulse lasers.
This will result in me having to pay her more., wich i'm no fan of but decided to increase her pay to 8% to all Profits.
Of the 57.183.074,-CR made, i have payd Esha a sum of 4.646.669,-CR, wich i think is more then enough for her performance today.
We will see if she has that Federation mindset to be the pilot i need her to be....
