In this update:
- Colonia Bridge Project Phase 3 - Alcor
- Winking Cats two-part treasure hunt
[SUPPORT THE COLONIA BRIDGE PROJECT THIRD PHASE - ALCOR]
A contribution was made to realise the "Colonia Bridge"
The previous two phases of the Colonia Bridge project established stationary megaships in 56 systems.
These provide rest, refuel and repair facilities for vessels making the 22,000Ly journey to and from the Colonia region.
--A press release from Brewer Corporation outlined this latest initiative:
"Phase three aims to enhance the Colonia Bridge by building permanent starports in key locations along the route, these will offer a wide range of services to travellers."
"Our plan is to construct up to five starports branching out from Alcor."
"Starport structures will be assembled by the 27th of January, with additional services scheduled for implementation at a later date."

[WINKING CAT: TWO PART TREASSURE HUNT]
End December 3307, Wallglass Investigations Agency investigations revealed that the Winking Cat was apparently selling treasures to private collectors for billions of credits,
and not long afterwards, the purpose of these transactions was revealed...
The Winking Cat is an unidentified individual who has been responsible for:
high-profile art, antiquities, and technology thefts
Active in Alliance, Empire, and Federation space between 3304 and 3307.
The thief's signature is an image of a winking cat..
Several gift containers were placed by this Winking Cat, and located around end December 3307.
In these containers PFA owner registration papers for 2 ships were found:
A Core Dynamics "Vulture" , including the "Icarus Red" paintjob
A Gutamaya "Imperial Courier"
A additional 150.000.000CR
3 Remote Flack Launcers in colors: Red, Yellow, Green
A "Festive Gold" paintjob for the Alliance Chieftain
A "Festive Green" paintjob for the Asp Explorer and a sweater
