Captain's Log, 19/06/3302 - CNE Day 9

It's all becoming blurry, staring at the galaxy map, trying to plot a route along the restricted zone. Progress is slow as I can only plot about 5-8 jumps at a time. And then there is the scanning. Jumping into a clean system and deciding whether to scan or continue on. It's hard not to stay and scan, and once you start you need to finish the job (within reason).
I'm still 1500 Lys off WP5 and progress is slow. But it's too late to turn back now, not that I would. I look at the map and see all my friend up ahead of me. I want to be with the pack, yet being out here, alone, you realise how big and how empty this galaxy is.
Time for sleep. . . . . try again tomorrow.
