Captain's Log, 11/07/3302 - CNE Day 21

Waypoint 11 to Waypoint 12.I've just started on the next leg of my return trip. Leaving waypoint 11 was a bit nervy as I had to negotiate a few extended jumps (same way I arrived). The first was the one requiring jumponium, but I had to calculate fuel required for the 2 jumps. I had to arrive with just enough fuel for the extended 26.09Ly jump. A slight miscalculation on my part left me with too much fuel to proceed so it was a matter of flying around until I had burnt enough off to jump. (There should be a way to dump fuel if required).
Finally made it out of the area and course plotted for the next stop. Hopefully make it by tomorrow.
I think I'm still scanning and checking too many systems as it seem to be taking forever. I'm going to have to restrict myself, but curiosity gets the better of me.
Still, at least I'm gathering data (and credits). I'm looking forward to seeing how many of these systems will have my name on them when I get back.
