Day 9 - Galactic Nebula Expedition. A dry day, almost!

What a nice sight to wake up to. A glowing blue ball just outside the window. Not a cloud in sight. These water worlds look so peaceful just sitting in the night sky, surrounded by millions of stars.Enough of that! Back to work. More jumping and scanning to do.
I've made it to my second intermediate waypoint before Waypoint 3. And it's been a dry day. Nothing but empty systems, intermingled with some high metal content worlds, and a smattering of gas giants. Just one more system and I'm calling it a day.
I pick the nearest system and jump, less than 4 Lys. Honk my horn and open the system map, expecting more of the same.
BINGO. . . . . It looks like an Earth Like world but won't know for sure till I scan it. Don't get my hopes up too much because I've had these turn out to be nothing buy high metal content worlds before now.
I slowly make my way through the system scanning everything. Nothing so far, Just one more to go.
Hallelujah, finally got something to show for the day. It's only a water world but better than nothing.
It sure does look beautiful down there. All it's missing is a nice sandy beach.
Looks like I've found my overnight stop. I think I'll just sit here a while longer and keep an eye on it.
