CMDRs Log 035. 10/03/3302 - Something Different.

I was getting a bit tired of trading, so I thought I'd have a change.Did a couple of missions just to get some credits, then went and changed my load-out.
Bought an SRV and a full mining setup, refiner, collecting limpets and a mining laser. I'll work on them tomorrow. But for tonight, I decided to see how easy it was collecting metals and minerals from a planet surface. I'd checked out a few tutorials earlier and then set off for a drive. It's not as easy as it looks but I did manage to get maybe a dozen or so items. I think I need to check out my controls too, Not easy driving an SRV. And I'm pretty sure that you don't need to keep your finger on the cargo scoop to keep it down.
All in all, not a bad first attempt, I'm sure I'll get better with practice.
