The trip to Sagittarius A*

It's been nearly a month and the progress has been slow... In an attempt to truely explore the galaxy I've been stopping to detail surface scan anything not yet discovered. A daunting task indeed considering all the unseen worlds in my path. I've managed 2800LY toward the center a much slower pace than I'd anticipated. I'm not sure I can handle this trip... It may drive me mad. Is the destination worth it? I'm still concerned about all the events unfolding in the bubble, is my personal quest more important than civilization? Lots of time to think out here in the black... I don't think I can turn back to deal with humanities problems at the moment, it will just have to wait until I've finished my pilgrimage I think.
