Against my better judgement decided to take a mission to hunt down and relieve Flinn Mann from his duties.After much effort managed to track Flinn down only to watch him jump away moments before I could catch up.
Flinn was flying in a Python in a wing of three. So it's unlikely I could have taken him down anyways.
NOTE TO SELF: Skip man hunt mission in the future! Not worth the effort!
