Starting Out - Smoke me a kipper I'll be back for breakfast!

Can't put it off any longer, Restless Dreamer my DBX is engineered and ready to go, with a bit of Guardian boosting for good measure.The plan is to make a trip to Colonia, drop in on a few engineers when I get there, but not take the direct route, so I can hopefully discover something new along the way.
Don't want to bite off more than I can chew, so heading for Medusa's Rock outpost, over 5000ly at the edge of the Orion Spur. Then I will head out above the Orion-Cygnus Arm and below the Scutum-Sagittarri Conflux, until below Colonia, and then straight all the way.
