Progress today was... slow. Slow, but interesting. The closer I get to the core, the longer it takes my computer to plot out a route - and that slows things down considerably. I also stumbled upon quite a few water worlds, and even a planet or two that contained some carbon based life - I also did a lot of scanning and researching of various worlds today - rather than sprinting straight towards the core. At the end of the day, I decided to drop the ship into orbit around a gas giant and relax with some good ol' virtual reality entertainment. This is going to be a long journey, so I figure I might as well break out some extra entertainment in my downtime.
Progress is slow, but steady. I look forward to reaching Sag A sometime soon.
