... Well... not going to lie, but it hasn't exactly been super exciting around here. Suppose that comes with the territory... we are all mostly on probation anyway. It has been interesting adapting to life in a zero-g environment, though.
Anyway, it's been a few weeks since I posted my fourth log. Since then, we've been still doing some auxiliary training. They're now focusing on some more advanced, specific training, rather than the basic we all did. I've been practising usage of some engineering tools in the centrifugal chamber, getting pretty good at it too. They seem happy, at least... and by they, I mean my instructors. When not training, I'm either handling guard duty, cleaning my equipment or getting some rest... And now that I think of it, I should probably spend my free time recording some logs, instead of just staring out the viewport. The stars are beautiful, though.
Oh... right, so the other day I met Commander Marshal. He's the owner of our home base carrier, and actually the owner of TITAN Contractors overall. He wanted to congratulate Captain Lucas' team for pulling off the turn-around in that big training exercise. Though, it was quite some time ago. I guess he doesn't have too much time to get around and interact with the crew personally. Seemed like a nice guy, though. Must be quite... exhilarating, I guess... being a Commander, being able to go and visit all these fantastic places at your own whim. I'll be honest, and say I'd prefer that, than sitting here... but it is what it is.
Hopefully they let us go stretch our legs a bit... maybe complete some contracts, that kind of thing... We'll just have to wait and see. But for now... well, it's life as normal.
