Ok, I'm ready to go 
A little saving got me this nice little configuration:
I can now do 1 Kly in 50~60 jumps. With the initial configuration (just by the cheapest fuel scoop and go) I needed around 225 jumps for the same distance.
I did not have any trouble doing the odd job to get the money for this set-up. So maybe my past has already been buried deep enough. Maybe there is no need anymore for to go, although I won't take any chances and just head off to Colonia. I'll be back when I have made enough money to back my claim as independent pilot.
