Cleaning up loose ends

Some cleanup today, nothing fancy. A little tiny bit of Dispatching. Paid some little fines, collected some bounties from odd past systems, mostly getting cleaned up for forthcoming long expedition.I am thinking of doing the Hutton run before I go on my 30 day tour. Just to say I did.
