Well, I'm out here in the Black, alright. Figured I'd start a new day in the journal, given how it's past midnight in Galactic Time. Not that night and day are very different in deep space, but I guess I should adhere to the routine anyhow. Will probably help me keep my sanity in the long run.
I've travelled a little over 3500 Ly from Sol, not too bad for the first night. Nyx here is probably one of the farthest-jumping Krait Phantoms in the galaxy, all the greatest engineers in the Bubble have had the chance to leave their mark on her. I'm sure the ones in Colonia would love to have theirs as well.
It's been an uneventful journey so far. I've discovered two small water worlds in the Col and Phylur sectors respectively, both about 40% the size of Sol's Earth. Mapped them down, along with an ammonia world. These will probably earn a good chunk of credits once I reach civilisation again. Oh, and I pulled an Icarus a few hours ago, flew too close to the sun while scooping and got caught in it's gravity pull. Didn't take any heat damage, since Nyx runs colder than the blood in Zemina Torval's veins, though the FSD drop did cause some wear on the internal modules. Will have to be more careful in the future.
Right, think I'll take a breather here, get some rest. I'll stretch my legs on one of the planets in this system after I've slept. Expect updates to this entry.
Comrey out.
