First tour to the Core - The beginning

I just began my first tour which will go to the Core, the center of our galaxy. I built me a new Asp (I had to sell my old one because of important needs in the past) and chosed to paint it brighter this time. The last one was black, which was an unhappy decission because it was rarely to be seen on photos made with my camera drone. I took of at 00:00 and made about 3000 LY til now (04:00) and already had a bad incedent with a star which was to close to my incoming position in the system. But I was lucky that it only made me a minor damage to my little sweetheart ship. I hope that I can reach the core in 2 days, so that I will have some time to check out many systems there - all above Sagittarius A - and may be also roam even behind.
I planned 7 days for the trip. I hope I can come back in time so that I may rejoin my forces. I have a bad feeling about the political development in the moment because of the murder of our beloved Emperor. I hope the fear that it was one of our - Patraeus' - men will be falsified so that we can avoid a mayor war with the other factions. But til I come back, I can only prey the the great creator that all will lead to good results.
