First tour to the Core - The second day
08 Aug 2015Birne Gilmore
Today I flew about 7000LY , but I made a light bow to get through a star cluster near the Omega Nebula. There I found my first black holes and a neutron star. It was a fantastic experience, especially flighing near the black hole while the milky way was in the background. After making some photos with my drone I flew again into the direction of the Core.Another mentionable experience on the way was a system with four (!) tauri class stars as "planets" circling the class A sun which all had rings many times larger then themself. I never thought something like that can be possible, but the universe is full of surprises.
What a great day!
