Important Message for CMDR Lilli: This is Councillor Simmons. I have requested that your crew be psychologically evaluated. This is a routine procedure, so do not be alarmed. Please report to the station medical tower at your earliest convenience. Thank you. -Councillor Cassidy Simmons
"You guys hear that? Psych evals today. No excuses for missing it." This is going to be a first for me. At least for being the commander of a crew. Usually I get these myself and away I do. Now I'm responsible for others under my command. I am aware that LT Welch has expressed great sadness when we were deployed to Tsao Prospect. She said the sight of those terrified evacuees really got to her. I guess we'll have to see what the doc says in her professional opinion.
This is FINALLY going to give me a reason to go into the center tower of the station. The medical ward on the orbis is that protruding tower in the center. Always wondered what was with that thing.
That thing is ominous to say that least. My crew and I finally get to the wing in which Councillor Simmons is located. "Greetings Cmdr. How is everyone today?" She seems very chipper for someone who's about to step into the minds of my hired killers.
One by one, I watch as my crew members step into and out of her office. I try to judge their looks before and after but I have no PH.D. That isn't my area of expertise. Finally I am summoned to her office for the evaluation results. Is it right to be more nervous to hear these then my crew was to tell them? "Suck it up, Lilli, I tell myself" She doesn't seem to have that normal, you just got in trouble with the principal look, so I relax a bit. "So good news Cmdr. Your crew is 100% psychologically cleared for active duty. However, there is one issue, if you could call it that. Crewman LT Welch has alot on her mind. Things she said she would prefer to speak to you about it private." "I will speak to her asap." With all that behind me, we walk out of the office and head back to the entertainment ward of the station. The crew has requested some shore leave to enjoy the sights while on down time. I asked LT Welch if we could speak and she was more than happy to oblige.
