I'm heading out to a system in the Col Sector on a void opal hunt. One of the squadron members had told me about a particularly good spot.Afteral false start, managing to forget my refinery, I began the process of hunting for void opals. After two and a half hours, I'd half filled the hold of Nixon's Revenge. It had been a long day, though, so parked up on a large asteroid, set the proximity alarms, and called it a night.
The next stage of mining begins tomorrow. The reduced controls have made this an even slower process, so the sooner I replace the flight controls, the better.
