It's been a busy week, but I've managed to stick to the plan I came up with to gain access to all the engineers I wanted to work with. After taking the Providence across the bubble to find materials, gather resources and deliver Kamitra Cigars, I've now unlocked Heri Tani and have been contacted by some of the other engineers I need. 
After a lot of travelling all over human space, it was nice to make my approach into my home system of Atfero and drop out of supercruise and see Wales City ahead.
The reunion at Wales City was brief, though - it was time to take the Surprise out and get her ready as a cold-running blockade runner.
I arrived at Jameson Memorial to fit the Surprise out with the components I needed, so I could then take her to the different engineers and get her running to the low temp I needed her to be to let me move on to phase 5 of the plan, unlocking the Dweller.
The last part of the run is upon me - I'm going to rest up at Jameson Memorial before heading out. I'll need to make a pit stop at Daqing Station in Mimisina so I can pick up some additional heat vanes and conductive ceramics. I can then modify the power plant with Heri so it runs cold with low emissions and thermal spread.
Then it's off to the Deciat system to see Farseer and get the FSD shielded and have thermal spread.
Once that's done, I'll work with Palin in the Arque system to clean-tune the thrusters and install drag drives.
Phase 6
The next phase will be to convince the Dweller to work with me, using the Surprise's newfound stealth ability to smuggle cargo into some black markets, proving my worth. Once I've got the weapons all sorted (might need to ship-in the SJCS Stalker, install the beam lasers, make them efficient and modify them to thermally vent heat from the ship), I should have access to Lei Chung.
Phase 7
I'll need to switch out to a cargo ship to get Lei his gold, but that should be relatively easy to do. I imagine the best ship will be the Providence, as the Greymouth's lumbering Type-9 hull makes it an easy target.
Phase 8
This one should be relatively easy. I'll take the Providence again, and find him his Fujin Tea.
Phase 9
I've already had a communique from Tiana Fortune, so after Phase 8 I just need to gain access to the Achenar system. Then, the engineer grind is complete. I'll be able to modify my fleet to suit my needs.
