Commander Adrella//Surprise//3306-05-28 - A good little smuggling ship

I've entered Phase 7 of my plan, having gained the reputation I need with the Dweller. The Surprise has worked out nearly exactly as I'd hoped, with a thermal signature of just 14% with the engines running at full burn. She's able to evade most scans on the way into a port and can transport 24t of cargo. Not a huge amount, but enough to make it a viable way to smuggle rare goods or to partake in illegal or covert recovery/intel runs. With the Surprise all but complete, it was time to work on the SJCS Stalker - This ship is going to be a dedicated stealth fighter. Once fully complete, she'll also have a thermal signature of only 14% at full burn, and will sport two class-2 plasma slug rail guns and two thermal vent beam lasers. This means she should be able to enter a combat zone undetected and engage targets at will. The thermal vent beams will allow her to continually run cold, helping to prevent targeting by hostiles. The rail guns will provide the bulk of the firepower, hopefully letting her pop the vessels under her guns.
This is all theory at the moment, though. I'll need to complete the modifications before being able to truly try her out in combat, as at the moment, she's not ready...
I'll likely take a brief pause on my plan as I outfit the Stalker for combat. Once that's done and tested (and possibly refined), I'll take the Providence out, fill her hold with gold and provide that to Lei Chung, then Broo Tarquin and his tea. Finally, once all that's complete, I'll need to earn some reputation with the Empire, so I can finally visit Tiana Fortune. Then I'll need to gather materials and outfit my ships, but that can be a far more leisurely putting to complete in my own time.
