Unlocking Broo was a bit of a pain, really. The customs officers at Futon Spacedock orbiting Fujin wouldn't allow more than 23t of tea to be loaded onto any vessel leaving the station - claimed it was to prevent a 'flooding of the market with the highest quality tea.' What a load of tripe, they just wanted to be difficult. Still, after making 3 return trips from Fujin to Muang, I finally got Tarquin all the damn tea he needed, meaning I can now modify beam and burst lasers to grade 5. But the plan's far from finished yet. Getting Tarquin on board means Phase 2 ic complete. I picked up the Artemis and went to Pu City, where I promptly learned that I was in the wrong location. Quetelet Dock was the station that sold the weapons I needed. I bunked down for the night, figuring the station wasn't going anywhere. Phase 3 could wait.
