For-de-Loons

I don't like Fer-de-Lances much. Not that there is anything wrong with the ship apart from jumping like a crocodile and hauling cargo like a midge, no what's wrong about the Fer-de-Lance is between the controls and the command chair. For some odd reason the shallow end of big-ones' genepool gravitate to this ship and its derivate, the Mamba. What glory is there to be gained from battering a mostly-harmless in an exploration-fitted DBX with a fully engineered FDL into oblivion? Is it a way of compensating for tiny ego's or genitalia? Or are these cowards who only engage when they're certain to win?
The fish that hung around Panjabell during the community goal actually roleplayed a religious fanatic but shot down defenceless ships nevertheless. Odd though that he did not stand to gain anything from his kills. The cargo-hauling harmless in a python I saw him wreck was not wanted. And an FDL can carry a pityful amount of cargo, barely worth the effort.
It seems to be about annoying for the sake of annoying.
Whatever the reason may be, the connection saddo:Fer-de-Lance has been affirmed so many times that I tend to block any commander in an Furrylance on sight. I took to space to avoid this kind. I hope everyone else pestered by these types does the same so eventually they have an entire galaxy to themselves and will stop playing because there is nothing easy-to-kill available for them anymore and they only have a choice to pick on other sad fishes (that are way too risky).
Maybe there is a good reason I'm completely overlooking and you can always try to convince me of it. However, I give you as much chance as a harmless in a stock sidewinder against a fully engineered Furrylance.
Yes, if you choose to block a player you will not encounter them in-game anymore, effectively ejecting them from your universe. How great is that?
