Elephant's Trunk Nebula Expedition #3

So I made it to the Nebula after a journey of nearly 2,800 LY's. For me, nominally a trader and sometimes smuggler, it's the furthest I've been outside of the Bubble. After arriving in the GM Cephehi system and landing at the far flung outpost that is the Elephant Trunk Mines, I was able to sell off my exploration data that included several previously uncharted systems and many unmapped planets. It is the greatest feeling seeing your name on the first discovered tag.But anyways after refueling my trust ASPX I plan on continuing to the NGC 7822 Nebula as there seems to be a plethora of stars all seemingly ducks in a row. This Nebula originally sparked my interest on my way to Elephant's Trunk as it was the brightest object in the night sky other than the galactic disk. I did have trouble plotting a route from Elephant Trunk Mines and had to manually plot a route underneath the nebula and am now coming up from below, only a minor detour of aprx. 250 LY, and it seems I am not the first commander to have to take this route.
In the next few days I plan on mapping the Nebula then making my way back to the Bubble and my home port, Kroehl Dock in the LTT 9850 System.
These are my travels so far and I plan to keep updating them and getting better at using this new software recently downloaded on my ship for my logs, Commander Koehling captain of the Dark Wanderer signing off.
