Turnng around...

I am 19K LY from Devane, 550 LY below galactic plane. It is so dark...
Every system I jump to is unexplored. Codex CPU overheated during the last data dump. Thank God for spares.
My squadron, the 95th, have decided to join, as have several members of The Hammer's of Slough. I am turning around and heading for NGC 3199 nebula to meet them.
They are escorting my carried RZH-33N Wizards Nest to the nebula. I've already done all the remote preparation I can, but because refuelling must take place in person, whether or not my carrier makes it is out of my hands. Projected that it will run out of fuel 6k LY from the nebula. Worse case, I will back-track even further to refuel her.
To make matters worse, the increased storage of so many commanders, their ships and resource storage, fuel consumption is worse than I have ever seen it. Each 500LY jump is taking 140 tonnes of fuel.
I hope the Wizards Nest will make it, time will tell.
{SUPLEMENTAL]
95th and HoS members manually mined and refuelled the carrier. In total the 2K tonnes required to make it NGC 3199.
She's here, as are my friends.
Time to make the fucking donuts!
