Found that crashed anaconda quite far from maclean terminal, and farmed the hell out of it. Damn these cans can be annoying and they alwayas are in the way, if you only want to deal with the cargo racks.I still am not able to get my turret to work on my gamepad .. i am able to switch the mode and move the turret ... just the shooting would be kind of important as well, but does not seem to work. Oh well ... after a long session in the control settings the opinion amplifier really wants to get to action.
Driving the SRV on really bad terrain is something i still am not good at all. But i am getting better. At least i manage to be able to deploy and redock it without any incident ... most of the times.
Things learned
- Once you want to get the stuff off of your SRV into the ship, it's not enough to select it, you have to hit the transfer button as well.
- Refueling your SRV surprisingly does not work once i redock in my ship ... come on guys, its the year 3305, that ship is full of fuel, i even have a big fuel tank equipped ! And still i have to refuel the damn matchbox car via synthesis ? You can't be serious!. I have to dock at a station for it to work ... the opinion amplifier starts to wobble in the corner ... "stay calm, you will get your chance once frontier ever happens to visit your country for a convention"
- I might be wrong but it sees to gulp even more fuel once i go with an open cargo hatch. Might be wrong though.
Now i am on my merry way to the next material trader (i even know where those guys are, yay), to trade a bunch of that stuff i got from the conda, in order to have enough of what i seem to need for the engineering chicks level 4 and 5.
And i took the time to arrange my bookmarks into chapters, makes finding stuff a lot easier. Still no docking practise done, i guess that is for future Ted to do ...
