Adventures in Deciat

Due to the recent influx of SPEAR in deciat, and their attempts to halt CODE actions in said system, I have decided to journey to deciat in search of SPEAR. I ended up encountering at least 2 wings yesterday when instancing worked. I would either get into an instance with noone, save some noobies who died promptly, or a instance with 8 Spear CMDRs.
I don't normally Gank or attack unexperienced CMDRs. However I am doing so to make a statement to Spear. If they want to patrol Deciat and help prevent more CMDRs from dying, then they will actually have to work to accomplish that goal. So far I was able to Kill the following ships in Deciat with little trouble from Spear:
1x DBS
1x DBX
2x ASP
2x Cobra
2x Viper III
1 Python
1 Anaconda
1 FDL
So far so good I suppose. 0 losses from myself. I am still floating around 8 mill bounty in Deciat at the moment. I will update the journal as my adventures progress.
