DIARY OF CADET ALAN A. RICHARDSON 0006

I woke up in the wrong place this morning. I was nestled between two cargo containers three decks down and on the other side of the ship to where I went to sleep. I guess Decker decided to get his own back. Well he knows what this means. This is War.

We've finally managed to eat our way through the unlabelled food pouches. This morning I had a delectable round of toast and marmalade, with a rich Arabian roast coffee. I feel like I could conquer the known galaxy at the moment.

New has just come to us that Textro are pissed that the Solaris didn't get enough materials. The Solaris is probably pissed that the our carrier, the Tyger, didn't do anything. I hear rumours that the Solaris is plotting a jump somewhere, but no one knows if the Tyger is going to be following them. When the commander was asked where the Solaris was headed, he just shrugged and floated away.

The commander was awarded a new paintjob and a new decal for the side of his Asp Explorer. Turns out sending the ship into the far reaches of the galaxy to take photos pays off.

The carrier prepared for a short notice jump, in case the Solaris decided to call for some fleet action, but no one really thinks we'll jump anywhere. They are treating is more of a drill.

Other than all that, it was a pretty easy day today. I have replaced Deckers talcum powder with Painite dust from the hold. It looks similar but itches like mad after an hour or so. He'll know it was me, but the damage would have been done. I've also locked my bed to the wall. Your move, Decker.
Do you like it?
